4 nights of delicious healthy food, daily yoga, Pilates, cardio & circuit training, pole dancing, hiking, optional daily private one on one sessions and meditation with a wonderful group of people in a gorgeous luxurious Spanish villa with pool in a tranquil mountain setting

Raphaella Rose will be leading the daily yoga and meditation.
Neville Kenwright core strength, cardio, weight training and boxing.
Justine McLucas will conduct daily Pilates sessions as well as the opportunity to try Pole Dancing for fitness.
Michael will be our on site chef preparing healthy, wholesome daily meals and snacks and sharing his knowledge and passion about food.

If you are new to any one the physical disciplines on offer, let this be an experience that awakens your body and mind to new ways of working.  By the end of the retreat you will have experienced a carefully designed schedule to enliven your spirit and of course some important time out to relax. After all, this is your holiday!

Price includes: 3 nights accommodation, daily meals and all snacks, dailyyoga, Pilates, group fitness, 2x private sessions, pole dancing classes and a variety of talks on nutrition, yoga philosophy.
