ISHTA Yoga is an acronym for the Integrated Sciences of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda.
It also is Sanskrit for individual - so ISHTA yoga focusses on the individual, offering students the possibility to truly become comfortable within themselves.

If you would like to try, I invite you to take a few minutes out from your day, sit in a comfortable position and just listen to the sounds around you. Hear the layers of sound and notice how they make you feel. If you feel distracted, notice what is distracting you and see if you can sit and accept.
